We are teaming up with and (Strength Factory) to celebrate members of our LGBTQ+ community by co-hosting a fun little mixer.

There will be 2 short fitness demos and some great conversation.

Our goal is to show support for ALL of our community by providing a safe and welcoming space to come together!
