Today, the kids at learned about taking care of our bodies and personal safety. ❤️🙏🏻🤍

In this third session of the Anchor workshop, children took part in an interactive experience with the puppets Pedrito, Rosita, and Mamá Miel, who guided them through important lessons about body care and recognizing risky situations in a fun and engaging way.

Through playful storytelling and role-playing, the children learned basic self-care practices and the importance of staying alert in places like parks or public spaces where they might encounter strangers. The puppets also led a crucial conversation about how to respond to uncomfortable situations—such as when someone asks them to keep a secret, tries to manipulate them with gifts or threats, or invades their personal space.

To reinforce these lessons, the children sang a special song that encourages them to say "NO"❌ to any situation that makes them feel unsafe, seek help from their parents or trusted adults, and never feel pressured to keep secrets that could harm their well-being.

With this activity, we continue to strengthen self-care skills and confidence, providing a safe space for children to express their emotions and learn essential strategies for protecting themselves. 💛✨

✨ Anchor Project - Session 2: Taking Care of Our Bodies ✨

In our second ANCLA Workshop session, children of explored the importance of self-care and body autonomy. Through interactive activities and music, they recognized daily habits like bathing, brushing their teeth, and eating healthy foods.

They also learned which parts of their bodies are private, that no one should touch them, and that they have the right to say NO if someone tries. Additionally, they identified their emotions, how they manifest in their bodies, and whom to turn to if they feel scared or uncomfortable.

At Child Liberation, we empower children with knowledge to help them grow in confidence and security. Together, we are building a world where every child feels safe, valued, and free. ❤️✨

🌟 52 years. That's the average time it takes for a victim of abuse to speak out. 🕒💔 This fact reveals a powerful truth: without trust, silence can last a lifetime.

💡 Prevention starts today by building a strong bond with our children. 🧸✨ Listening to them, validating their emotions, and being present provides the security that they can always turn to us. Every kind word, every shared moment, is a seed that can save them from pain. 🌱❤️

Together, we're freeing the world one child at a time: follow us, like, comment, and share this message so more people understand the importance of creating trusting environments. 💬✨
