Father’s Day weekend, as good an opportunity as any to evoke Paul Rizzo: co-founder of Crossroads Bake Shop and Addie’s dad. He brought artisan baking to Bucks County in the 90’s - and retired just in time for sourdough to get fashionable. Ever the contrarian. Far too cool for any trend.
