Today was a little rougher than yesterday. But I believe I'm on the right past. Even though I'm drinking more water, it takes the body a while to get used to the new water level. One thing I'm going to start doing is I'm changing the type of salt take. I just bought Celtic salt. It's similar to Himalayan salt. Plus I'm going to get more sunlight, I worked outside in the sunlight for about 15 minutes. The plan to shoot for about 30 minutes a day. And I'm doing some basic exercises. Oh on the water I think I'm going to shoot for about 15 glasses a day. I did about 11 yesterday.
