Now Hiring: Construction General Laborer – Immediate Start

Wunder Realty LLC is hiring a dependable Construction General Laborer for residential construction and renovation projects. Immediate start available.

Pay: up to $18 per hour W-2 position
Location: Local job sites (Birmingham area)
Schedule: Full-time (hours vary by project)

Job Responsibilities:
• Job site cleanup and debris removal
• Material loading, unloading, and staging
• Assisting skilled trades (carpenters, painters, etc.)
• Minor framing of small non-load-bearing walls
• Basic demolition
• Assisting with drywall, painting prep, hardware installs, and deliveries.
• Operating basic hand and power tools
• Maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas

Note: This position does not include rough plumbing, roofing, rough electrical, or licensed trade work.

Requirements:
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic construction knowledge preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Strong work ethic and punctuality required
