Ride with purpose is partnering with DCF for their next ride is Wednesday, May 28th, from 6 to 8pm. Meet at the Field St Community Fridge (1812 Field St, Detroit, MI 48214) in Islandview. From there we’ll visit a couple community fridges on the eastside, doing some spring cleaning at each stop. Bring some food donations for this one, if you can or you can make a cash donation via Venmo

Speaking of Santos, come meet other people involved with the fridges and find ways to tap in. There’s talk of 🥦🥒🥕gardening 🥔🫑🧅at the community fridge which would need to be started asap so if you’re interested in getting that going or any other project at a fridge near you come out. See you guys first Monday of April 💦🌸

Very successful painting day at the Gratiot Pantry. Check out the before and after pictures at the end. It looks better than any of us could have imagined alone! Community is really everything!! The more this pantry gets loved on the sooner it can become a full fridge again. Thank you to everyone who came out. 💕
