Hey friends👋🏼 it’s been a while since I’ve shown my face on here… I wanted to give you a little update on what I’ve been up to✨

You probably noticed this past year I haven’t been very active on here, I decided to take a step back to refocus on some other areas in my life.

If you’ve been here from the beginning you might know that health & wellness has always been a love of mine, so I needed to decide whether I was going to go back to college to pursue this.

A few months into my “time off” I came across a holistic institute where I could get my certificate online!! So for the past year I’ve been studying at and I’m now a Certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach 🫶🏼🫶🏼

With a clearer path ahead of me I’m excited to start creating again, and possibly getting back into markets🤩
