Full Moon Halloween is today so the zombies are out.
~
There are good types of cordyceps fungus and there are scary types of cordyceps fungus. The cordyceps in the photos above are the types that eat insects from the inside out, and even sometimes turn them into cannibalistic zombies.

Cordyceps Sinensis is the kind that will fight disease and increase stamina/vitality. It has become the number one supplement for Olympic athletes. Buy it from Pharmanex. I have yet to see another company with scientific evidence of positive results when THEIR SPECIFIC supplement was tested on multiple occasions by outside sources. Cordyceps being a scientfically-proven superfood in the world of nutrition, does not mean that the supplement you're buying has been proven/tested in any scientific process.

Lack of bioavailabilty is the biggest money waster out there. Most nutrients go through a process that does not supply your body as advertised because of a lack of absorption. This happens when nutrients are not isolated/broken down properly. This can also happen when they spend months in their packaging.
~
When nutrients are processed with the latest tech, absorption rates can be raised to 80%. Nano-supplements exist, and they should be the only supplements you buy.

Stay away from retail shelves and mlm 'coaches'. If they have a nutrition certification and still work in that mlm, that is worse in my opinion, because they should know better. There is no scientific backing for anything they sell, you will destroy your liver, and you will urinate away most of what you're buying.

I don't find anything wrong with companies that operate in direct sales, I actually like them. I just know that there are only a few that hold stock in the medical world. Don't get rich off making people sick, and don't let somebody's side hustle get you sick.

Antioxidant Facts About Sea Moss and Other Brown Algae
~
Brown seaweeds are rich in sulfated polysaccharides that could potentially be exploited as functional ingredients for human health. Over the years, sulfated polysaccharides with potential pharmacological, nutraceutical and functional food properties have been isolated from brown seaweeds.
~
The results showed that the ascophyllan fraction AF3 showed stronger free-radical-scavenging abilities and had good antioxidant effect. Available data obtained by in vitro models suggest that there is a correlation between the sulfate content and antioxidant activity.

SEA MOSS AND OTHER PLANTS OF THE SEA HAVE BEEN TRENDING LATELY, and its consumption has been found to be a highly beneficial addition to any diet.

How loud environments could affect risk for Dementia.
~
Results from a new study published in Alzheimer's & Dementia support emerging evidence suggesting that noise may influence individuals' risk of developing dementia later in life.
~
Researchers studied 5,227 participants of the Chicago Health and Aging Project who were aged 65 years or older, of whom 30% had mild cognitive impairment and 11% had Alzheimer's disease. They found that persons living with 10 decibels more noise near their residences during the daytime had a 36% higher odds of having mild cognitive impairment and a 30% higher odds of having Alzheimer's disease...
