Dear Coaches, Solopreneurs and Business Owners who want to make an impact, especially if you are getting started. Trust that you will make an impact….

Some of you know for the past several years I have been focused on coaching and working with Business Owners to help them grow (and “flow”) their businesses. I love the helping entrepreneurs make their impact in the world.

This week I had a nice reminder of the impact coaches have in the world -with their clients. A former client, the amazing Kimberly Lucht, who I worked with for around 3 years, wrote a powerful article in Business Insider Magazine about the impact that her coach had with her. So it was an inspiring article about ME!

When I first started coaching I knew I was called to help others get results they wanted, and transform to become the person that gets those results. Besides not being sure if I would be able to do that, I was not sure about the value of coaching itself. After all these years I have found that coaching, (and the inner, healing work I do in my capacity as a coach), has been incredibly valuable. Beyond what I imagined when I started out.

So it was so gratifying to read this article from from Kimberly about the value of my coaching with her, and that Business Insider felt her story about this was worth publishing.

-How do I want to “show up” at this time?
-How do we make the most out this situation?
-What are the challenges of this situation - that you can surface feelings about, and heal around?
-What are the gifts of this situation, to feel grateful for?
-What does success look like during this time?

And If your a coach, what can you do during this time for your coaching business?
( Besides practical support on what to do -washing hands, how to make hand sanitizer….)
Here are some suggestions for those of you growing your coaching business…)
* Support your current clients.
* Support and connect with your prospects/ audience
* Focus more on your online presence, or start developing that more.
* If you need to cancel a live event, see if you can do it online.
* Get support creating your funnel/list building system , if you have not yet done that. (I have referrals if you need them.)
* Create content, or a lead magnate for your “funnel”.
* Lead during this time- offer solutions, or belief shifts for those looking for guidance.
* Reframe/Revise goals- what are the steps so that you have success - even now..
