Mother’s Day today looked like sunshine, open space, and watching them run free.

Honestly, this was the highlight of my day.

Just being outside together. Watching them be little. Listening to the giggles, the tiny conversations, the nonstop movement.

Motherhood is exhausting and messy and loud… but days like this remind me how much beauty lives inside the chaos. 🤍

Somewhere along the way, taking care of ourselves became something we have to earn.

After the to-do list.
After everyone else.
After we’re already exhausted.

But running on empty doesn’t make you a better mom.
It just makes everything harder.

Taking care of yourself isn’t extra—
it’s what makes everything else possible.

Be honest—when was the last time you did something just for you? 👇

So… we’re 4 days into April 😅
Which feels very on brand over here.

But here’s the thing, you don’t need to start on the 1st for it to matter.

🌿 Spring Into You is still here
30 days of small resets + simple prompts to help you come back to yourself

Start today. Start tomorrow. Start messy.
It still counts.

Save this to come back to 🤍
Or send it to a mom who’s also starting “a few days late”

Be proud of how you’re showing up.

Not because it’s easy,
but because of how much you’re holding that no one else can see.

The constant decisions.
The mental load.
The way your brain never really shuts off.

It’s not just physical exhaustion…
it’s the weight of caring, thinking, planning, and trying to get it right.

And even when you’re tired…
you keep showing up.

That matters.

💛

Send this to a mom who’s doing more than anyone realizes.

Messy Mom Monday 🤍

Your energy is constantly being pulled in a hundred directions, even by the things you love.

This week’s focus: protect your energy…not by doing less for everyone else, but by remembering you’re part of that equation too.

💬 What’s one small thing you’re doing for you this week?

is something I don’t take for granted

this life is loud and messy
and I wouldn’t trade it

There’s no pause button in motherhood.

Not when you’re grieving.
Not when you’re sick.
Not when life feels heavy.

You still show up.
You still take care of everyone.
You still keep going, even when you’re running on empty.

And that is strength.

But strength doesn’t mean you don’t feel it.

You can be strong and still be struggling.
You can show up and still not be okay.

Both can exist at the same time.

Today I’m feeling it.
And I’m still here.

If you are too, this is your reminder that you don’t have to rush past it 🤍

For the moms reading this on International Women’s Day 🤍

Strength doesn’t always look like big moments or loud victories.

Sometimes it looks like perseverance when you’re exhausted.

Ambition that quietly keeps building a life for your family.

Love poured out even when you feel completely drained.

Boundaries that protect your peace.

And the courage to keep growing even when life feels messy.

Behind every strong mom is a thousand moments she thought she couldn’t keep going… but did.

Happy International Women’s Day to the women showing up every day…messy but managed.

March calendar time is here!

This month we’re focusing on decluttering, not in an extreme way, just small intentional edits that make life feel lighter.

Clearing mental clutter.
Deleting digital chaos.
Letting go of unrealistic expectations.

One tiny shift each day.

If you want to follow along, you can download the March calendar from my website and join me.
