One thing about me..I make a big mess. I suggest an apron if you’re messy when you make sourdough. I am very messy and require an apron.😂😂

I love making bread, it’s been a learning curve for me to figure out how I can work full-time ( I work in education ) be a mom to three kids, a wife and do life.. our life is very busy. In the very beginning, it was a struggle because you have to learn all the terms and learn all the things you need but once you start to figure it out, sourdough is very flexible. If I can do it, you can do it.

Have fun, learn to make bread… if it doesn’t turn out perfectly, you can make croutons out of it. 😉

Took a large break from baking and busy schedules during our summer break. We slept in late, stayed up late, enjoyed our time with our kids. We even took a trip to Disneyland to celebrate my oldest graduating from high school. ♥️

I’m back at my job (sad summer break is over ) so it’s time to get my hands into my hobbies in my free time. I was craving some bread. 🍞 So I’ve started a double batch today. One for now and one to freeze for later 🤤.
Mabel is the name of my sourdough starter so you might see that I mention her in my posts. I talk to her.. shes a living thing lol. 😝

New to sourdough? Don’t stress. You can do it! You can make bread with flour and water.. it sounds too easy but yet complicated right? Feel free to ask questions.

I love to make sourdough. It’s a newer hobby of mine. Another hobby I have is gardening. I have peppers, tomatoes,cucumbers, corn, pumpkin, and watermelon plants growing.

Do you grow gardens? What do you do as a hobby?

I would love a chicken coop still working on trying to talk the hubby into that one 😆!

Thought I’d share little about me. I started this page honestly to share what I create with out plastering all over my personal page. I am a mother of 3. I live in Aurora Co.. hence why the name of my page starts with 303 (locals will understand 🥰)!
I started making sourdough little over a year ago.. for a couple of reasons,  I started to be fascinated with gut health and stumbled on sourdough, and honestly, I found another hobby that I enjoy.

My kids now are teenagers. One graduates this year. One graduates next year.. and my youngest will be 2 years after that.. So which means I am re-finding myself. I am not sure what comes next. A work friend offered to buy my bread a few weeks ago. Though mostly this is just for fun, but I am trusting myself to enjoy what experiences may come. It’s my most current hobby.. 😂😁

I also enjoy gardening vegetables and fruits, canning them to use through out the year.. but having ADHD.. I find I hyper fixate on all kinds of hobbies.. so if you are like that too.. feel free to join me.. ♥️
