Here’s the thing about being “healed”: it never actually ends.
Healing isn’t something you arrive at—it’s something that keeps reminding you that you were never broken to begin with. You’ve always been whole.
What happens over time is that we dilute our own excellence with negativity, doubt, and survival patterns learned in painful seasons. Healing is the process of peeling those layers back.
You don’t become immune to trauma. You develop new strategies to meet it. You learn how to sit with what rises instead of being consumed by it.
You may never be fully free from the impact of trauma—but you absolutely get better at handling it. And that, in itself, is healing.
