Milk Tea People

Watermelon, at its peak, asks for very little. We cold press daily then fold in condensed milk. Just enough to round the brightness into something creamy and full.

Beneath it, jasmine green tea steeped slow, so the floral note lifts rather than overwhelms. To finish, a pass of fresh lime zest across the top: the small, sharp note that pulls everything into focus. A few things, each tended on its own terms, brought together only at the last moment.
