Inspired by the legendary Fresh Tomato Pie from Sally's on Wooster Street in New Haven, CT, Ken's Fresh Tomato Pie is our favorite taste of summer.

More than just pizza, it's a family tradition. Every Sunday night, Ken would take his sons, Kris and Jason, to Sally's for New Haven-style pizza. It was there they had their very first pizza, a tradition that became a cherished family ritual and continues to inspire us today.

Made with the season's best beefsteak tomatoes (available July through mid-September), each pie is topped with slices of sweet organic yellow onion, fresh mozzarella, olive oil, garlic, and finished with fragrant basil.

Fresh, simple, and only here for the summer. Stop by our Denver or Colorado Springs location and enjoy while the season lasts. 🍅☀️

🥪 Egg Sandwich: scrambled eggs, sausage, brie, arugula, romesco, avocado, and house-made focaccia, served with a side of pecorino breakfast potatoes.

✨ Mini Cini Pie: our house dough topped with mascarpone frosting drizzle, cinnamon, toasted pistachios, and powdered sugar.

🍳 Frittata Affagato: loaded with sausage, eggs, caramelized onions, red peppers, mozzarella, napo, whipped ricotta baked and topped with fresh basil.
