I saw the Speed Racer 4k remaster in imax this week and it was both like my cinematic Holy Grail and a religious experience for me. My body was literally vibrating by the end and I was overcome with visceral emotion and phantasmagoric sensory overload - particularly during the final race this article focuses on.
