Whatever it is - I’m here for all of it.

Yesterday, I had the absolute honor of spending 8 sacred hours at a retreat that cracked me wide open in the most beautiful way. From deep guided meditation to calling in our spirit animals (mine - a fierce and intuitive lioness, naturally), to soul-shaking sound healing, releasing what no longer served us through fire, breaking arrows with our throats, and finally walking barefoot across flames…

It was nothing short of transformative.

Throughout the day, I was reminded of something I’ve always known deep down: I am a leader. A guide. A force.
But over the years, I had unknowingly let the noise of the outside world - the opinions, projections, and pressure - soften my fire. Not because I wasn’t strong, but because I was trying to stay “grounded.” I started questioning myself instead of trusting the wisdom I already had.

When it came time to face (breaking) the arrow at my throat, that doubt hit me hard. And I felt… disappointed in myself.
But in that moment, I also remembered - there is so much strength in asking for guidance. In wanting to do it right. In checking in with your own alignment.

From there… I found my fire again.
And I walked across the hot coals with absolute ease.

This experience reminded me who I am. It reawakened the lioness within me. And it brought me even closer to the incredible souls I shared it with - three friends who held space with me, grew beside me, and made the day even more magical.

I am endlessly grateful. For the fire. For the release. For the rebirth.
My light is no longer flickering - it’s blazing. And I’m done dimming it.
