Ghee has a tendency to be temperamental..🌡️ The warmer it gets outside or in your environment, the more liquid the consistency.

Here’s a quick comparison, the jar on the left was canned first (slowly cooling down) compared to the last on the right. The cooler it is, the more it solidifies.
