Calling all carb lovers! Did you know that bakery provides our delicious pastries? Their shop is located just a few blocks from us and makes our pastries with grains sourced locally.

Hearth founder Matt Quinlisk started his journey within the Colorado baking world by working as the pastry chef at Moxie Bread Co. in Louisville, where he worked with James Beard Award Outstanding Baker semifinalist Andy Clark. During Matt's time with Moxie, he developed a deep appreciation for sourcing and milling local Rocky Mountain grains, a practice he now brings to Hearth and Blue Sparrow by extension. Our pastries are made fresh daily and available until sold out. 🥐 Which pastry is your favorite?
