Realberry has secured a $298M financing package to support the redevelopment of Cal Neva into Lake Tahoe Proper Resort & Casino.

Located on Lake Tahoe’s North Shore, the project will thoughtfully reposition this historic property into a modern, design-forward hospitality destination, aligned with a surge in ultra-luxury demand and record-setting transactions reshaping the market and drawing national attention.
