Move Forward 5k/10k

Hey everyone! Thank you SO much for coming out to the 2021 Move Forward Event! We had such a FUN day and hope you all did too. The Move Forward committee and I are extremely thankful for each and every one of you for donating to both the CCI foundation and to help further Physical Therapy research. We can’t wait to see you all next year, until then keep moving forward friends! 🐾🐶

Friends the moment is FINALLY here!!! Our Move Forward Race is THIS SATURDAY!!! Are you so excited because I am paw-sitive it’s going to be a fun day!! Below I have listed a few days and times you will want to keep in mind as we approach the weekend.
TOMORROW:
Bib and Shirt pick up is available from 4-6PM in Claver Hall right by the main caf area!
SATURDAY:
Race day registration starts at 7:30AM
10k runner enthusiasts your race will begin promptly at 9AM
5k particpants your race will start at 9:30AM
And my personal favorite….Our Kiddos run will begin at 10:30AM
Thank you ALL for your constant support and participation with this event. The Move Forward Committee, Regis University School of Physical Therapy, the DPT Class of 2022 and I are extremely grateful. We are SO excited to see you all Saturday, until then let’s keep moving forward!!! 🐾🐶
