I help organize the Race Team for Runners Roost. I'd love to invite you to apply for our 2024 season!! The team is all about community. There are no time standards. We are looking for runners who love what they do, like to run races, volunteer in their communities and represent the Roost while out and about!

What does your “off season” look like?? For me its biking and lots of Torrey Dog miles! 🐕 🚴

It is important to take time off several times throughout the year. This helps your body recover and reap the gains of your training. 💪

It also keeps your mind fresh and lets you reset. 🧠

Overtraining is real! It doesn’t have to present in the form of an injury. 🏃‍♀️ 🏃
