I’m super excited about my class schedule with Denton Parks and Rec for next year! A new class I’m teaching is SilverSneakers. SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program designed for older adults that’s included with many insurance plans. I’m ready to master a new class and continue growing my fitness knowledge. It’s National Assisted Living Week! This year’s theme is “Joyful Moments.” I’m glad I got to celebrate with Mayberry Gardens! It’s always a joy teaching them some yoga.

I’m going on 5 years of teaching mostly chair yoga classes and it continues to be a source of happiness and fulfillment in my life. Movement is so vital to our overall health. It’s a privilege that people trust me and enjoy coming to my classes.
