🔎 ART QUEST 2026: HOW TO PLAY 🔎

Join us for Art Quest, our annual neighborhood scavenger hunt program taking place this summer! With our first Art Quest spanning Pleasant Grove coming this Saturday, June 6, here’s what to expect!

⭐ Keep an eye on the different dates and times of Art Quest – there are 2 separate hunts as well as a special workshop happening across June, July and August in 3 different neighborhoods in Dallas. Join for all of them if you want!

⭐ For each event, the scavenger hunt begins when the first clue is handed out onsite at a time specified in the event information. The clue will lead you to 3 further clue cards at different locations in the neighborhood.

⭐ The first clue will also be revealed on AURORA’s Instagram and Facebook 10 minutes later.

⭐ The winner is the first person to arrive back at the main location with all 3 clue cards. They will win the prized artwork!

Art Quest Pleasant Grove is just one week away!

Head down to Trinity River Audubon Center on Saturday, June 6, to take part in the first of our free and family-friendly Art Quest scavenger hunts, this edition spanning the Pleasant Grove area. The ceramic and neon sculptural artwork ‘Nopal del Sur: Camino Sagrado’ by Dallas-based artist Hermila Cuevas will be awarded to the winner!

AURORA has partnered with Los Primos, Trinity River Audubon Center, and Gallery 86 to kick off the evening with a community gathering. This year, Art Quest is revealing the first performative clue in collaboration with Teatro Dallas at 5:50 pm.

Art Quest 2026

Art Quest is an art scavenger hunt and event program run by AURORA taking place in 3 Dallas neighborhoods–join us for each event date to win outstanding artworks by regional artists!

📍South Dallas: July 18, 10am-2pm

📍Bachman: Special workshop edition with Karla Ramirez-Santin: August 1, 1-3pm at Bachman Branch Library

Thanks so much to everyone involved in our ‘Intro to DJing’ workshop this weekend, led by Dallas favorite DJ Leo J! It was a blast to get together with so many enthusiastic members of our community.

Hosted at Gallery 86, the session guided participants through the basics of DJing—from cueing and mixing, to creating their own blend. As well as developing skills in creative self-expression, the workshop championed deepening our community connections through music and technology.
