What many do not realize is that being a contractor today is one of the most stressful businesses imaginable. Contractors are expected to be perfect every second of every day while dealing with weather delays, labor shortages, insurance battles, customer expectations, rising costs, legal exposure, online attacks, and nonstop pressure from every direction.

What really opened our eyes was this:Homeowners have websites and platforms to review contractors, but what protection do contractors have when false accusations, misinformation, or coordinated social media attacks happen against them?

The answer is: almost none.
