Haiti Partners

One of the things that makes the schools we work with in Haiti different is a commitment to service and community development - something desperately needed in Haiti. At the Children's Academy, we call this "School-Based Community Development."

These images are from a recent service day that was organized by our Partner School, Henri Christophe Community School. Students and staff arrived on a Saturday at 8am and spent a few hours clearing the road leading to the school as well as the school campus itself.

Haiti Partners is proud to be partnered with Henri Christophe Community School and applauds them for taking the initiative to organize this. It's a great experience for students, staff, and it's a great service to the community. 👏❤👍
