"Is This Pain Normal?" Here's What Every Parent Should Know 💙

A little soreness after adjustments is completely normal. It actually means the teeth are moving! Most discomfort settles within 2–4 days.

However, contact your orthodontist if you notice:
⚠️ Sharp pain that isn't improving after a few days
⚠️ A wire that's poking or cutting
⚠️ A bracket that's fully come loose
