Rough Canyon Condos

$200. Still selling bunkbed, with mattresses and sheets, comforter. I also have a twin bed headboard and footboard, if you want two twin beds out of it. Reducing the price to $200.

Can anyone recommend a pest spray service? Also general handyman near rough canyon area?

Have to say I’m pleasantly surprised at how fast the power was restored after the storm last night. It was a big one!!!!

Also Looks like unfortunately we lost a pool umbrella in the last storm. Last I saw, it had gone over the fence by the pool. But didn’t see it anywhere yesterday. Completely disappeared!!

Wanted to pass along....I wasn't sure about Internet service, but I just recently got the Starlink remote satellite, about $295 and $50 a month. It works great. I just set it up when I go out there; had about five people there for a week and everyone's devices hooked up along with the TV.

Wondering if anyone is interested in a yard/driveway (not sure what to call it!) sale at the condos on a Saturday in May?

Highly recommend ServeAll General Services for condo cleaning. They cleaned my condo before I moved in; had been sitting empty for quite awhile. Got all the cobwebs, dust, etc., windows, blinds -- really good job. 830-422-1681.
