Hi I’m Ethan! We’re coming up on our one-year anniversary at the end of May, and I’ve been reflecting on why we started Ebenezer Coffee.

We began with a desire to share the artistry of coffee through every drink we serve—to slow things down and help people see coffee differently.

The name Ebenezer comes from Scripture, meaning “stone of help,” and it represents the journey we’ve been on and the One who has carried us through it.

To us, coffee is a gift from God—something to be received with gratitude. Not just something quick or disposable, but something to be appreciated: the farmers, the harvesters, and every hand involved in the process.

We hope every cup reminds you to pause, enjoy, and recognize the goodness of God in simple things.

[UPDATE] Hey y’all! We wanted to share a quick update on our pop-up schedule for this month.

We’re happy to announce that we were able to fix an issue with our espresso machine, which means we’re officially back up and running! Our original schedule will resume, as well as event inquiries. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience during this time.

If you have any questions, feel free to send us a DM — we’d love to connect with you. We’re excited to continue serving coffee for you again soon. 🌿

[IMPORTANT] Due to unforeseen circumstances, driveway pop-ups for this coming week have been canceled. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support. We’ll share updates soon regarding any rescheduling. Thank you for your patience.
