Meet Piper!!
She’s 14.1, jet black and gorgeous from her nose to her toes. The coolest gal around. She is the true definition of “old soul in a young body”. She was born with the mind of a much older horse. She is suitable for most anyone in your family from the young-uns to the oldsters. She’s broke to death and willing to do anything you ask of her. She rides so quiet and super low headed. She’s soft in the face, lopes around the cutest and has a good stop. She will carry a flag, push the huge rubber ball around or pack the giant stuffed animal around. She might even be game to do the dishes for you! She is as solid as you’ll find for a young horse. She loves the people and tolerates all of our crazy shenanigans.

This sweetheart is an amazing trail horse. She’s great in all kinds of terrain. She will go up and down hills with ease. She loves the water and will go through any you come across. She will cross a bridge and go over logs. She’s not scared of traffic or semis flying by when you ride her beside the highway. She’s a perfect lady riding through the Fort Worth Stockyards. All the noise, lights, confusion, crowds of people and traffic do not faze her one bit. She will ride next to the Stockyards train.

She is the perfect performance prospect and you could go in so many different directions with her. Make her your next breakaway horse. She would be a neat barrel and pole horse for your kiddos if you wanted to take her that direction. Wouldn’t she be so cute to finish out for the ranch riding classes - ranch pleasure, ranch reining, ranch trail and even performance halter. The sky is the limit with one like her.

Piper is great to ride on the ranch to gather and pen your cows. You can ride her in the pens and loads trucks on her. The kids can take off prowling pastures and looking for strays on her. Or the grandparent in your life can spend the day checking fences on her. Even your guests can ride this girl. You don’t have to be a cowboy or wear a big hat to ride her - she’s safe.

Meet Rex!
He’s one of the barn favorites and has been since the day he arrived here. He’s the coolest thing ever and a blast every time you step on him. This guy has it all from training, a gentle mind, ability and experience. He’s broke to death and rides around like a cutter. In the arena he will WTL as asked. He gives in his face. He picks up his leads and lopes great circles. He moves off your leg. He has a good stop and backs up easily. He’s been used in the cutting pen to turnback and to settle the herd.

He’s absolutely safe and gentle and is suitable for the older person to ranch off of. He’s even game to tote the kids around. Don’t let that fool you though because if you need him to step up his speed and catch a calf he can do it. He’s strong to the horn, is all heart and won’t refuse anything you ask of him. He has tons of speed at the time you ask for it and is full of athletic ability. Then when you’re done he’ll tone right back down. He’s no stranger to the branding pen and will drag calves to the fire. You can head out at daylight on him and hit a long trot or slow lope for literally miles. He’s been across big country gathering and moving cows. He’s proficient in the alleyway sorting and loading trucks. Send your kids out on him to prowl pastures.

If you need a performance prospect Rex is the perfect choice. He has all the talent in the world to make a serious competitor in the heeling or the breakaway. He’s already been to a few ranch rodeos. I could see him making the perfect youth ranch rodeo mount. Another avenue you could explore is the barrels and poles - with his ability and cattiness he would be wicked. Or even gear him to be your next team sorting horse. The sky is the limit and all you have to do is pick your poison.

He’s been ridden around everything you can think of including dogs, farm animals, ATVs, tractors, bicycles and even horse drawn carriages. He’s road and traffic safe. He’s even calm and collected when you ride under the big city lights in Fort Worth.

Rex is full of cowboy manners and acts like you would expect a horse to. He stands for the farrier like a pro. He loves to get a bath and be groomed on. He stands still while being tacked up.
