🐾 Meet Big Foot! 🐾

Have you ever tried to take good pictures of an active puppy? 😂 Be patient with us... or better yet, come meet him in person!

Big Foot is an estimated 11-week-old Great Dane/Lab mix (our best guess!) who came to the shelter as a stray on June 30. He spent a little extra time behind the scenes, and now he's officially ready to find a family of his own!

This goofy guy already weighs 28 pounds, so it's safe to say he's going to be a BIG boy. Because of his expected size, we think he'd do best with an adopter who has experience with larger breeds and is ready to help him grow into a well-mannered adult.

Like any puppy, Big Foot is full of energy, curiosity, and fun. He's ready to trade shelter life for a home where he can learn, play, and be loved.

Please stop by the shelter to meet this sweet kid. No puppy deserves to grow up in a shelter, and we're hoping Big Foot's family comes along soon. ❤️🐶

🐾 Meet Phinneas! 🐾

Looking for a fun-loving best friend? Phinneas might be the perfect match!

Estimated to be about 10 months old, this handsome pittie mix came to the shelter as a stray on July 9 and is now ready to find a family of his own. Weighing in at 36 pounds, he's still growing and has all the playful puppy energy you'd expect!

Phinneas is a sweet, happy guy who loves to play and is always ready for his next adventure. He's also very treat motivated, which will make training a fun and rewarding experience. With a little guidance and plenty of love, this young pup is sure to make an amazing companion.

Another fantastic week at MCAC! ❤️🐾

This week, 18 cats found loving homes:
🐱 Bailey, Champ, Chicken, Egg, Froggie, Grim, Henry, James, Mark, Morta, Netflix, Pogo Stick, Roku, Sherbert, Sorbet, Sundae, Venmo, and Waffles.

And 11 dogs started their new adventures:
🐶 Caramel, Fudge, Hans, Jelly Bean, Lineman, Mermaid, Polka Dot, Ranger Rick, Sitka, Skye, and Spider.

A huge THANK YOU to every adopter for choosing to make a shelter pet part of your family. We also want to thank everyone who supports our shelter by sharing our posts, volunteering, fostering, donating, and cheering on these amazing animals.
