Finally finished up my Goldfinch and Coreopsis flower painting in my small watercolor journal.😁
Literally spotted 2 goldfinches resting on and bending the stems of the Coreopsis and was inspired to try and recreate it.

After some trial and error and a recarve of the stem, was able to proof a new Cornflower design . I grew this sweet cluster of blue flowers this summer in one of my raised garden beds and have been obsessed since. Will probably also create a repeat pattern for it soon😊

Am all set up for today's Browse and Stroll in downtown Travelers Rest! 10-3 today only☺️
