Believe the hype of a solid detox. It is good to take in nutrients but you have to have a consistent way to rid the body of the following:
✔️ Toxins-some toxins can build up over time and do a lot of cellular damage. Cellular damage can be stealth like because it can give rise to other conditions as the body works to repair the damage.
✔️Helps to get rid of cravings…think too much sugar and carbs. Too much of these at the wrong times can lead to weight gain.
✔️Helps to identify food sensitivities. Many people don’t realize that they may have a hidden sensitivity like gluten or dairy which are two of the most common.
✔️ You glow better. You feel better which means that you can enjoy you life!
We all want to enjoy life right? What better way to start and engage your journey to being balanced.
