What I’m doing for chest!

Putting a bunch of things on top of my bed and using it as a bench. Since I’m not getting full range of motion I’m finishing it off with push ups. 💪🏽

-SHOULDERS-

Lateral raises with a hold while you do it. Great workout to end shoulders with! 8-10 on each arm and 8-10 when done with pauses! 💪🏽
