Another TJ favorite: Soyrizo

We use soyrizo to make our chorizo Mac and cheese and this “almost” Stromboli. Use fresh pizza dough (or frozen or homemade) and roll into a rectangle. Spread the soyrizo on top, sprinkle with cheese of your choice, then roll up from the long end, and bake according to pizza crust instructions. You could also add some spinach or other veg to make it healthy, but that is not our typical way. Serve with pizza sauce or bruschetta for dipping.

The way I see it, we have choices. We can sit around and do nothing or we can get in the kitchen and make lemon bars. I chose to make lemon bars. @ Decatur, Georgia
