Deal Highlights:
Buyer loved it at $850k but she took my advice and we are under contract almost 100k less.
I love Dr Loans with 100% financing.
Most impressive highlight? This was the 1st house I showed them after meeting them for the 1st time on their 1 day layover in ATL b/w France & their final destination. Prior to this year, 20% of my buyers chose a home the 1st time out bc of all the homework I do & the tips my mom (Shirley Allen) taught me. Now time to grind and get them to the closing table!!!!!!!

PS... 70% of the time, our job does not really start until a home is found. This is the stage where an agent truly proves their value!
