Stakeholders are invited to attend the Roadmap 2030 Community Forum to share feedback on the Strategic Focus Areas that will shape our next plan. Phase II focuses on gathering input from staff and stakeholders as we finalize the guiding documents that will serve as the DPS61 blueprint for the next five years. What to expect:
The evening will start with a brief presentation, then participants will take part in a self-paced Gallery Walk to share feedback in four Phase II focus areas:

▪️Strategic Plan on a Page (Mission, Vision, Values & Goals)
▪️Balanced Scorecard (key performance indicators aligned to the five goals)
▪️SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats)
▪️High Leverage Strategies (ideas/recommendations aligned to the five goals)

Looking ahead: Master Facility Planning discussions resume June 2026, supported by a Board of Education–approved architectural firm. Phase II work will guide future facility planning to align with DPS61’s strategic direction.
