As a mother, Memorial Day reminds me just how powerful love and sacrifice truly are. 🇺🇸❤️

Today we honor the brave men and women who gave their lives serving our country and protecting the freedoms we often take for granted. Their courage and selflessness deserve to always be remembered.

And as an autism mom… sacrifice looks familiar to me too. 💙

The long days.
The sleepless nights.
The therapies.
The constant advocating.
The emotional strength it takes to keep showing up for your child every single day.

Motherhood—especially in this journey—is built on love, resilience, and sacrifice. ♾️🌈

So today, I’m holding space for every caregiver, every military family, and every parent quietly carrying so much while still leading with love.

You are stronger than you realize. 💙❤️
