The Chicken Lettuce Wraps as an appetizer were a standout, featuring ground chicken stir-fried in a flavorful Thai hoisin sauce with bell peppers, onions, and crispy fried noodles, all served with fresh lettuce cups.
If sushi is more your style, there are plenty of options to choose from, including the Sweet Potato Roll and the Salmon Katsu Roll. However, I’d skip the Krab Rangoon. Whether you’re in the mood for hibachi, sushi, or classic Japanese favorites, Wild Ginger has something for everyone!

New this week, and back after six-year hiatus, Starbucks’ S’more Frappuccino (available coffee or crème-based) is like a campfire in a cup! Packed with rich chocolate and toasted marshmallow flavors, blended with chocolate sauce, and topped with thick marshmallow-flavored whipped cream and graham cracker crumbles, it’s a must-try for anyone with a serious sweet tooth.

It’s giving tropical vibes this weekend! 🌴☀️
Cool off and start your morning right with a delicious Loaded Tea from The Pony Bar in Port Orange. Pictured here is the Coley Roley, featuring a green tea base with tropical, green apple, and cinnamon flavors. I was a little skeptical about the cinnamon at first, but the flavor combination worked surprisingly well!
If you’re looking for a lighter alternative to the sugar-heavy dirty sodas and energy drinks also on the menu, this is a refreshing option worth trying.

Houligan's Destination Daytona may be known for its famous wings, but don’t overlook the salads! 🥗
One of my favorites is the Southwest Salad—a generous, flavor-packed combination of fresh field greens topped with a grilled chicken breast, sliced avocado, pico de gallo, black bean and corn salsa, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, and crispy tortilla straws, all drizzled with ranch dressing.
It’s hearty, satisfying, and loaded with fresh flavors and textures in every bite. If you’re looking for something lighter that still fills you up, this salad is a winner! 😋

The final post of DISNEY WEEK highlights a few of the featured bites from EPCOT’s EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival!
While this year’s festival has wrapped up, these are some of the snacks that caught my attention. Overall, I wasn’t completely wowed by most of the offerings, but one item definitely stood out: the Seasonal Fruit Parfait with Mango Dole Whip, fresh fruit, and a tangy, spicy chili sauce. The chili sauce took this dessert to another level and made it the clear winner of the day!
The Trio of Dips and Chips featured house-made potato chips paired with three unique dips: whipped feta with candied lemon, caramelized onion dip with caviar, and pimento cheese with pickles. It was a fun option for sharing and offered a nice variety of flavors.
For something sweet, the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding with rum caramel sauce was rich, satisfying, and perfectly portioned. The Beef Tenderloin Tips, served with mushroom bordelaise and whipped potatoes, were also a standout, with tender beef and comforting flavors.
One item I didn’t get to try this year was the Tanghulu from the China pavilion—a skewer of strawberries and grapes coated in a crisp candied sugar shell. It received rave reviews from festival-goers and remains high on my list for next time!
From snacks and sweets to savory bites, the Flower & Garden Festival always offers plenty of opportunities to taste your way around EPCOT. 🌸🌼🍓✨

DISNEY WEEK continues with lunch at The Boathouse—because nothing beats waterfront dining at Disney Springs!
Known for its fresh seafood and beautiful views, The Boathouse at Disney Springs offers something for every appetite. Seafood lovers should try the Maine-Style Lobster Roll, featuring chilled Maine lobster tossed in a lemon-chive dressing and served on a toasted, buttery bun with kettle chips.
Not a seafood fan? The Yacht Club sandwich is a delicious alternative, stacked with roasted turkey breast, bacon, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, chipotle honey mayo, and Swiss cheese on multigrain bread. While it typically comes with kettle chips, upgrading to the macaroni and cheese is well worth it—the rich, creamy side is both flavorful and generously portioned.
Great food, waterfront views, and a relaxing atmosphere make The Boathouse a must-visit dining destination at Disney Springs. 🚤🦞✨

Indulge in Italian favorites like the Chicken Parmesan, featuring crispy breaded chicken topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano, provolone, and rustic tomato sauce, or the rich and creamy Truffle Gnocchi with Parmesan and truffle cream. The Red Wine Braised Short Rib, served over creamy polenta and finished with fresh arugula, is another standout entrée packed with flavor.
