I just rode through the city and saw my great-grandfather on a banner for Black History Month.

Imagine that.

Levi "Lee" Sims Sr.
Born in 1903… and still impacting lives in 2026.

They honored him for serving people, loving his community, and building something that outlived him.

And it hit me…

One day my children will look back at what I’m building with RDG Muzic Group the same way.

The late nights.
The risks.
The sacrifices.
The vision.

It’s bigger than music.
It’s inheritance.

It’s a last name that means something.
Great-granddad laid the foundation.
I’m adding floors.

My kids will build higher.
