Course 2- BBQ shrimp over creamy white cheddar grits w/ charred scallion oil

Course 3- Cajun pork roulade w/ bourbon creole mustard jus & greens

Course 4- Sweet biscuit shortcake w/ tart cherry compote and salted caramel crumble
