Having audio issues? can't use your mic? can't hear the youtube vid on your computer? Make sure to uninstall any software you have that may edit your sound drivers first.. Today we found it after 2 days of troubleshooting. That a simple uninstall of software was the fix.. Keep this in mind.. May save you some time and money!! Or just call us we can do it for you :)
