Listen, sometimes adding more filler just isn’t it.

When lips start looking heavy, blurry, and a little weird… “just add more” is usually not the answer. That crisp border doesn’t magically come back with another syringe.

I didn’t do her original lips, and I’m sure at one point they were beautiful. But with continuous filling, her Cupid’s bow started to disappear and there was some slight migration.

Dissolving is scary, but trust the process.

Now she has her shape back. Her Cupid’s bow is back. The lips look fuller because they’re cleaner — not because they’re overfilled.

Not every lip needs more filler.

WILD statistic, right?!? It’s true though.

Today, Governor Ned Lamont signed HB 5003 into law in Connecticut, and I had the opportunity to attend as President of the Connecticut Nurses Association.

The bill includes stronger protections for healthcare workers experiencing workplace violence, expanded workers’ compensation protections for healthcare workers assaulted on the job, and stronger accountability around hospital staffing plans.

Before aesthetics, I spent years working in hospital settings, so seeing conversations like this being taken seriously at a legislative level and being able to shape nursing policy means a lot to me.

This is a huge part of why I wear two hats: aesthetic NP and President

Not my usual content, but this one felt important.
