We work on many rewarding projects here at RemPhos every day, but this particular project I am very passionate about!

RemPhos along with our partner AEG have developed and are manufacturing a completely off-the-grid LED lighting system for rural Africa. It is inexpensive and easy to install and use.

This lighting system called “Firefly” contains 5 super-bright and efficient LED waterproof modules that can be used indoors or outdoors. It comes complete with a solar panel/battery/controller that provides consistent lighting for up to 8 hours a day. As an added bonus, it contains a USB cell phone charger because many African’s do have cell phones.
