Our newest book has just been released! One Heartbeat, written by Lesley Dow and illustrated by Kayleigh Castle, explores and answers the question arising from a child’s innate curiosity about animals and whether they have a heart like humans. The story takes the reader and listener on an adventure to meet a variety of animals, to touch their hearts and realize they too feel pain and pleasure, sadness, and joy. Harry discovers that all living beings deserve kindness and love, ‘just like you and me’.
