We are not looking for the driver with the most years on paper.

We are looking for the driver who shows up. Who communicates. Who protects the equipment. Who takes the pre-trip seriously. Who calls when something is wrong instead of hoping nobody notices.

That driver can be two years in or twenty. The attitude matters more than the resume.
