Big update, y’all — I’m taking my pizza dream on the road.
After years of pop-ups, test bakes, and chasing the perfect Neapolitan pie,
I’m building a mobile pizzeria inside a renovated Sprinter van. Soon I’ll be
slinging top-tier pizza at events, breweries, neighborhoods — anywhere in
Texas.
So many of you pushed me to do this, so I finally launched a GoFundMe to
help make it happen. Find the link in my bio. This is the first step toward the
long-term dream: a brick-and-mortar 5 Penny Baking spot.
