Paba, today you’re 55! Time to celebrate your favorite things: snacks, naps, and pretending you didn’t hear Mom, Christina, or I yelling for you 😂 Jokes aside I love you, and because I love you here’s a few of my favorite you moments.

This Month of February has truly been a blessing. Watching my parents renew their marriage vows while preparing to enter into the sacrament with Nyk. Having Mass with Bishop Kelly at our School. Going on our Marriage preparation retreat with the most amazing sponsor couple. Entering into the holy Lenten season with the people closest to me. I am truly blessed. I love my faith and having the best support system while Nyk and I are discerning how we want our marriage to be is the greatest gift from God.

The venerable Fulton Sheen said “It takes three to make love, not two: you, your spouse, and God. Without God people only succeed in bringing out the worst in one another. Lovers who have nothing else to do but love each other soon find there is nothing else. Without a central loyalty life is unfinished.”

So many amazing things to be thankful for this Beautiful Monday Morning!

My amazing Fiancé graduated with his BBA in Accounting with a minor in Economics and is going to get ready for his CPA Exam. I could not be more proud of him, all the hard work he has done to get to where he is amazes me.

Also, on this day I have officially accepted a position at Holy Family Academy of Van Zandt Co. where I will be developing the Agriculture Education Program. God works in mysterious ways and he has led me in a direction of doing what I love (Ag Advocacy and Education) with the brightest minds of our future. For this opportunity, I am forever thankful.

As this Easter comes to an end, I wanted to say how genuinly blessed I am to have my sister in my life.

My sister, has always championed me, without hesitation. She was the one who helped me walk first, talk first, raise hell like no other first. She taught me to be proud of who I am because she was proud of me first.

My sister is a college graduate. My sister pays her taxes. My sister has an amazing job of teaching math & reading to children at her school. My sister is a devoute Catholic who has deepened her faith and love for God.

My sister has autism. You wouldn't know unless she told you. She is NOT your generalizations and stereotypes. She is NOT the box you put her in. She is the most intelligent, caring, selfless person I know.

My sister wouldn't dare be content if the hurt being spread affected someone she knew. So, don't be content with the lies being spread about individuals like her.
