The people I work with in coaching are not stuck because they lack ambition. They are stuck because their ambition has outpaced their inner alignment.
They want more — more clients, more revenue, more impact, and more freedom. And they’re working for it. Hard. But somewhere in the gap between the effort and the result, there is a belief — usually unconscious — quietly canceling out everything they’re building.
The most powerful shift I witness is the moment a client sees the story they’ve been running — clearly, without judgment — and realizes they have the power to write a different one. That shift changes everything. The decisions they make. The clients they attract. The energy they bring to their work.
This is what coaching makes possible. Not just better results — though those come. A different relationship with yourself, your work, and what you believe you are capable of.
If you have been circling this kind of conversation for a while, I want to invite you to take the next step.
I offer a complimentary insight call — a 20-minute conversation to explore whether 1-on-1 coaching might be right for you. No obligation.

Do you freeze when someone asks what you do — and it's someone you actually want to impress?
You are not alone. And it is not a confidence problem. It is a communication problem — and communication is a learnable skill. After training thousands of entrepreneurs across the US and Canada, I can tell you the #1 thing that holds people back in networking conversations is not skill — it's fear. Fear of rejection. Fear of seeming pushy. Fear that the person won't see the value in what you offer. Here's the shift that changes everything: a great networking conversation is not about you at all.
It's about understanding the person in front of you — what they need, how they think, and how your work fits their world. When you make it about them, the awkwardness disappears.
My book The Networking Conversation gives you the exact framework to do this — with confidence, grace, and your own authentic voice.

Focus is not about doing more things. It’s about doing the right things — and being willing to stop doing the rest.
One of the most common conversations I have with entrepreneurs sounds like this: I’m doing everything. I’m posting on every platform, offering every service, following every strategy I’ve read about — and nothing is moving.
The problem is almost never a lack of effort. It is a lack of focus. And focus, in the way I teach it, is not about discipline or willpower. It is about clarity — a clear enough picture of what you are building that you can confidently say no to everything that doesn’t serve it.
Focus is the first element of the FIRE Formula because without it, the other three — Ignition, Relationships, Ex*****on — scatter. Energy disperses. Results thin out. And the entrepreneur burns themselves down trying to be everywhere at once.
This week: identify the one activity that, if you did it consistently for the next 90 days, would move your business forward more than anything else. Do that thing first. Every day. That is Focus.
