How do we do that? We produce renewable energy through repurposed animal fats, organic residuals, and the oil and grease we collect from restaurants. This results in our renewable diesel.

In 2019, we produced over 275 million gallons (more than 1 billion liters) of renewable diesel. See below for what this means for us and the planet. We aim to increase the total amount of renewable diesel by 150% by the end of this year. Looking at the reduction of CO2, this cleaner-burning fuel is the equivalent of thousands of fewer cars on the road!
