Here it is again- reminder of why I’m not stopping my fitness routine. I wish more people would do the same(get into a fitness regime) BEFORE they get a diagnosis.

Thanksgiving is in a few days. Are you ready? I have mixed feelings.
You better believe I’m looking forward to the big meal and all the fixings😋. Just not looking forward to all the cooking😒 and clean up. But again...the pie- I LOVE THE PIE!
Soooo that means sticking to my 🧘♀️🏋🏼♀️ routine until then. Maybe you can join me?!
THANKSGIVING WEEK SCHEDULE-

Monday & Wednesday 8:30am at Rockwall Y.
PiYo is a blend of Yoga & Pilates and much more. Bring your Yoga Mat.
RIPPED🖤❤️ 🏋🏼♀️
Tuesday & *Wednesday 6pm at The Center in downtown Rockwall.
Ripped is a mix of Cardio & Weights. All Fitness Levels.
*We normally meet on Thursday but THIS week we get to meet on WEDNESDAY which will be perfect-the night before the big feast😁.
As always if you need something you can do AT HOME; I can help with that☺️. My online ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP runs YEAR ROUND with 24/7 access to a variety of fitness programs(barre, kickboxing, weights, cycle...something for everyone).
